Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents and families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' dining needs are met with Sunrise standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
