Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our team and provide top-quality care to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily living activities, and create a supportive environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance to a designated group of residents.
• Get to know residents' preferences, attend to their needs, and make necessary care adjustments.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Engage residents in life enriching activities and uphold Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• High School diploma/GED; previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
