Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with residents and their families, attending to their daily living needs.
• Monitor residents' conditions and propose appropriate care adjustments.
• Participate in individualized service planning and engage residents in enriching activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and contribute to community well-being.
• Support dining and hospitality services following Sunrise standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required as per state regulations.
• Prior experience with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
