Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in providing high-quality care and services to our residents in the assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assist with daily living activities, and create enriching experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and families, provide personalized care, and monitor and report changes in condition.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities, maintain hospitality standards, and promote a caring community environment.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred; strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
