In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' well-being and safety.
• Promote a vibrant and engaging living environment.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• High School diploma/GED (may be required per state regulations).
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
