Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building relationships, assisting with daily activities, and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
