Caregiver

Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide exceptional care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Build meaningful relationships, assist with activities of daily living, and create enriching experiences for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families.
• Notify management of changes in resident conditions.
• Assist residents in life skills and enriching activities.
• Participate in Individualized Service Plans development.
• Ensure community compliance with safety regulations.
• Respond to dining needs while upholding Sunrise standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in the residents' best interest.
