At Sunrise, our Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities.
  • Attend to individual care needs and preferences.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
  • Ensure community compliance with safety regulations.
  • Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards.
  • Encourage residents in life skills and enriching activities.

Qualifications

  • Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
