At Sunrise, our Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities.
- Attend to individual care needs and preferences.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
- Ensure community compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond to dining needs while maintaining hospitality standards.
- Encourage residents in life skills and enriching activities.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
