As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, provide personalized care, and create a home-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and families, assist with daily living activities, and cater to individual needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Promote safety, engage residents in enriching activities, and uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to make decisions in residents' best interests.
• High School diploma or GED, with certifications where required.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred, along with good communication and organizational skills.
