Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. The LPN will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met. This full-time position requires a night shift commitment and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to provide individualized care.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed on a per shift basis.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing (or equivalent).
- Less than one-year experience in nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification and AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
