Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN-LTC to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an essential part of our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift. Your role as a Staff Nurse involves providing individualized nursing care plans to meet the residents' needs under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. Additionally, you will participate in the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities when required.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and fulfill leadership duties as necessary.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with specialized medical equipment.
