Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated LPN-ACUTE to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an essential part of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional medical care and support to our residents and patients at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- AHA BLS CPR Certification and basic computer skills required.
- Experience with medical equipment such as IV pumps, EKG machines, and specialty bed operation preferred.
