Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position includes a day shift with a weekend commitment, providing care and support to our residents in Household #1 at Levindale Hospital.

Unit Summary
The Household units provide long-term care for patients with dedicated and personalized attention. Staff members play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents, especially those with specific care needs.
Job Summary
As an LPN in the Household unit, you will work under the clinical leadership to provide individualized nursing care, assist in orientation and supervision, and contribute to the daily operations of the unit. This role involves a leadership component, focusing on meeting residents' needs effectively.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
