Summary:
Join our team at Hall 1, a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity of needs. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care to residents.

Responsibilities:
Attend to daily unit operations, develop and implement nursing care plans, provide basic physical assessments, and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in nursing
- Less than one year of experience
- LPN License and AHA CPR Certification
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment
