Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical and emotional care to our residents and patients. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and the Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Provide basic physical assessments and medical care as needed.
- Assume leadership responsibilities on a per shift and unit level.
- Participate in daily operations and maintain a compassionate and supportive environment for residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent education.
- Licensed Practical Nursing certification and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to providing care for others.
