Job Title: LPN-LTC: Subacute Rehabilitation Unit
We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment on the night shift from 7:00pm to 7:30am.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation for residents with high complexity of needs. Our team at Hall 1 provides daily activities, a wide range of services, and compassionate support to our residents.
Job Summary
As an LPN in our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. You will ensure the residents' needs are met while assuming leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and experience with medical equipment.
