Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore. As an LPN in our Brain Health Unit, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during the night shift (7:00pm-7:30am). You will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to ensure the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed on the unit level.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet the residents' needs.
- Maintain operations of the unit during shifts.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
