Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. As a crucial member of the healthcare team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans, ensure resident needs are met, and take on leadership responsibilities as required.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume daily unit operations and leadership responsibilities.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure resident well-being.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Active LPN license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
