Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work full-time on the day shift, providing essential nursing care to our residents and patients under the guidance of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Participate in daily operations on the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as required.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to address residents' needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a license for Practical Nursing.
- AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
