We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Kettering Health Network in Beavercreek, OH. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the Acute Care Ortho Trauma 5 West unit during day shifts. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide exemplary care to patients in various settings.
• Be accountable for professional development and practice within legal care boundaries.
• Act as a patient advocate for safe care delivery, including delegation of tasks and participation in improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Ohio as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (NLN, ACEN, or CCNE) for new graduates.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred within 5 years of hire.
• Current BLS certification, other certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS) as required by unit scope of practice.
• Returning acute care nurses after five or more years may need refresher course completion.
