Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join Pediatric Associates of Greater Salem Inc. As a Care Team Nurse, you will play a crucial role in coordinating patient care, providing education to patients and families, and ensuring smooth clinical operations under the direction of medical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in infection control and pediatric care.
• Assess and address the physical, emotional, and socio-economic needs of clients and families.
• Provide urgent triage care, administer medications, and perform in-office procedures.
• Utilize EMR for accurate documentation of nursing care and coordinate post-hospitalization follow-up.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain continuing education and adhere to practice policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and HIPAA compliance.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and adherence to nursing standards of practice.
