Production Trainer

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Trainer to join Bakerly Barn LLC. As a Trainer, you will play a vital role in training and developing associates for various production positions, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. You will collaborate closely with production staff, conduct training sessions, provide feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Acclimate new hires through onboarding stages.
• Enhance and improve the training program with suggestions to management.
• Communicate daily with supervisors for training assignments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and assess training needs.
• Follow training program guidelines for all positions.
• Ensure completion of Qualification Cards and report deviations as necessary.
• Participate in safety processes and activities.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned, such as SOP modifications and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of lean manufacturing production and/or training experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMPs, and safety practices.
• Physical ability to handle various tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and climbing.
