Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Respiratory Services to join our team at Kettering Health Network. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and management of CardioPulmonary and Respiratory departments, ensuring efficient supply inventory, budget management, staff education, and compliance with licensure requirements. You will play a key role in implementing network initiatives and embodying the organization's mission and values. Reporting to the Director of Respiratory Services, you will lead by example and drive excellence in respiratory care.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage CardioPulmonary and Respiratory departments at our medical centers.
• Manage supply inventory, budgets, productivity, education, licensure, and daily operations.
• Champion Kettering Health Network's Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Collaborate with the Director of Respiratory Services on network initiatives.

Requirements

• Graduate of a 2-4 year AMA approved Respiratory Program.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in the respiratory field.
• 5 years of supervisory experience preferred within Kettering Health Network.
• Hold valid licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in Ohio.
• RRT credentials from the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Active AARC membership, current BLS with ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and educational skills.
• Proficiency in clinical and technical aspects of Respiratory Care.
• Strong computer and EMR capabilities.
