Essential Functions

• Lead technical process enhancement and troubleshooting for metal and plastic fabrication.
• Strategize and implement improvements for helical wire processing equipment.
• Collaborate with product engineers to ensure manufacturability and support PLM software implementation.
• Provide operational support, evaluate performance, and initiate enhancement initiatives globally.

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering or management experience.
• Proficiency in manufacturing technology and methods.
• Experience in machine maintenance, design, and global standardization.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds.
