Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Our company, Green Source Automation LLC, based in Jerome, Idaho, is seeking an experienced Robotics Service/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in all stages of our automated systems life cycle, from design and development to testing, installation, start-up, and ongoing support. The successful candidate will be dedicated to understanding the advantages of our systems and ensuring their efficient operation.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Robotics Systems in the dairy industry.
• Performing biweekly maintenance on all six systems.
• Conducting weekly brush changes.
• Executing monthly preventative maintenance on ECAlogical MAX Generators.
• Adhering to set shift work hours and days, with occasional on-call shifts.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to acquire the skills necessary for maintenance tasks.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience working with chemicals such as Chlorine, Chlorine Dioxide, and Iodine.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.
• Consistent completion and submission of paperwork.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation details: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly salary
