This position is based at our office in Henderson, NV.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and track engineering initiatives for operational improvement
  • Oversee the design and development of new and existing products
  • Manage resources for engineering projects
  • Ensure adherence to engineering standards and quality measures
  • Lead cross-functional teams in product design and development
  • Manage engineering budgets and resources to meet project deadlines
  • Develop, maintain, and review engineering processes and procedures
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineering staff
  • Collaborate with departments to meet customer requirements
  • Manage external vendors and suppliers for projects
  • Monitor industry trends for engineering innovation opportunities
  • Other duties as needed

Job Requirements

  • Preferred: Third level qualification in Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of professional engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience or knowledge of Lithium Battery systems is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in leading engineering teams
  • Experience with developing and managing engineering processes and standards
  • Ability to motivate technical teams
  • Familiarity with current engineering tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Travel required (10% - 20%)
