Job Description

ATA Services, Inc. is seeking Accounts Payable/Receivable specialists to join a 4-month temporary assignment with the State of New Mexico Environmental Department. This role involves tracking budgets, revenue, and completing reconciliations, including payroll, default time, and grant reconciliations. Responsibilities also include cost package assembly, journal entries, budget tracking, and financial tasks in support of the Bureaus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience with SHARE software.
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency with accounting software and online platforms.
