Job Description

Join Silver Diner Development, LLC as a Delivery and Take-Out Specialist! This critical position involves providing exceptional hospitality, merchandising, order fulfillment, and sales generation for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our customers, from taking carry-out orders to handling online delivery services like DoorDash and UberEats. In addition to hourly wage, you'll have the opportunity to earn tips and access both part-time and full-time positions. Weekend and holiday availability is a must for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to guests, ensuring every order is correct and suggesting additional items.
• Maintain awareness of all menu offerings and keep display cases organized and clean.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and communicate guest requests to management.
• Adhere to brand standards, including uniform maintenance and adherence to service speed and accuracy guidelines.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
• Prior experience as a Cashier or Server is a plus.
• Exceptional aptitude for guest service, excellent communication skills, and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to meet schedule requirements and work well in a fast-paced environment.
