Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service by greeting guests promptly, fulfilling orders accurately, and suggesting menu items.
- Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes, maintain an appealing bar display, and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Ring up orders, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness of the bar area and glassware.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent guest experiences, following brand standards and SMG scoring criteria.
- Balance sales and cash handling, minimize waste, and perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience.
- State alcohol compliance certification required.
- Exceptional guest service skills, communication abilities, and a friendly, organized, and energetic demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, work with a sense of urgency, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including lifting, standing, and continuous movement.
