Job Description

We are seeking a Bartender to join our team at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests by preparing and serving beverages, fulfilling food orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to guests, greeting them promptly and ensuring accurate orders.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes, garnishing them appropriately.
• Handle POS functions efficiently, including taking orders, processing payments, and maintaining accurate tabs.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following company standards for presentation and cleanliness.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and comply with all food and beverage specifications.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, communicating effectively and positively.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of previous bartender experience.
• State certification for alcohol compliance.
• Strong aptitude for guest service and excellent communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality with a sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
