Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team at ITECH Holding LLC, a leading security solutions integrator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and routing Field Service Technicians to various job locations across the continental U.S. The position involves working closely with internal teams, third-party contractors, and customers to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule technician trips to meet operational and sales goals.
• Coordinate equipment availability and shipping with job scheduling.
• Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related communications.
• Build and maintain relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize software to manage contracted jobs efficiently.
• Identify and resolve scheduling roadblocks and issues.
• Track job progress and ensure completion within set timelines.
• Continuously improve work planning and control processes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of dispatch or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Compensation

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
