- Provide outstanding service by greeting and serving guests promptly and courteously
- Ensure order accuracy and suggestively upsell menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work station following Silver Diner standards
- Ring in orders accurately and process payments efficiently
- Collaborate effectively with team members for seamless operations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Server or Bartender preferred
- Exceptional guest service skills and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Physical stamina and capability to handle the demands of the role
