Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register.
- Capable of safely operating equipment and following cleaning standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
