Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and maintaining the store's appearance.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Contribute to inventory management and stock monitoring
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Prior retail experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
