SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As part of our allied health team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families. Your responsibilities will include addressing a variety of common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
