Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours, requiring a weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Develop and revise patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and create a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire), PALS, and Hazmat.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
