Job Description
LifeBridge Health is looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position will involve day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekends. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in compliance with established protocols and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and provide a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is preferred.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and advanced technology to provide exceptional emergency care. The department features private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
