Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care and maintain a safe environment for patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on patient's needs.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines for effective care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
- Complete orientation according to policies.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
