Job Description
LifeBridge Health is currently seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our dynamic team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards of practice and organization protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
