Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker PRN to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and families, addressing various common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families.
- Address common problems related to adjustment, financial concerns, family relationships, aging, and more.
- Offer counseling and support regarding death and dying, discharge planning, and other challenging situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
- Strong working knowledge of social work theory and practice.
