Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a PRN position at Levindale Hospital within the hospital social work department. The role involves providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling for end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience as a social worker.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
