SOCIAL WORKER PRN

Job Description

We are looking for a PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. You will address a variety of issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life counseling.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
