Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated SOCIAL WORKER PRN to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a key member of our hospital's social work department, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing a variety of common challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life issues.

Requirements

• Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
