Job Description

We are looking for a PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing a variety of common issues. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services to patients/residents and families.
• Address common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, discharge planning, and counseling related to death and dying.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in social work.
• LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
