Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker PRN to join our team at Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families, addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and end-of-life counseling.

Responsibilities

• Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
• Assess and address common psychosocial problems.
• Provide counseling on topics like financial concerns, adjustment to medical procedures, and end-of-life issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• LBSW, LMSW, or LGPC certification.
