Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated PRN Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a member of our Allied Health team at Levindale Hospital, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, aging-related changes, discharge planning, and end-of-life counseling.
Requirements
- Basic professional knowledge with a Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in social work.
- LBSW/LMSW/LGPC certification.
