Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care, develop care plans, and ensure the well-being of geriatric patients in the community. If you are IV proficient or willing to train, and have a passion for home healthcare, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare and execute patient discharge plans.
- Must be IV proficient or willing to train to perform IV functions.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
