Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse specialized in Home Care to join our team. As part of ChristianaCare HomeHealth, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, ensuring the highest level of patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and perform IV functions.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
