Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeCare team at ChristianaCare. With a focus on geriatric patients in the community, you will provide skilled nursing care, implement care plans, and contribute to patient discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans in line with available resources.
- Participate in developing patient discharge plans.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Types
Per diem, part-time, full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Weekly hours: 20 – 40
