Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Field Nurse in Home Care, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans and ensuring patient well-being.
Responsibilities
- Administer skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Develop patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and perform IV functions as necessary.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
